Arrived on site, meet with tenants mother who let us in. Found staining in bathroom but nothing on ceiling. Believe it’s just condensation buildup pictures in invoice.

Spoke with the owner when we arrived and had to call the office to work out a couple of issues. Was able to sneak the main line and get it open. We had to snake it two times and we pulled back some debris once we got the line open and spoke with the owner. He wanted the line camera and figured out what was going on with the sewer line. we got the line cambered and we did find some kind of excretion inside the sewer line about 29 to 30 feet out from the toilet. We was able to mark the area in the front yard where the issue is and we also marked out the entire sewer system where it comes out of the house , it does have a cleanout on it, but it is buried. We was also able to repair the flange. The flange had a crack in the plastic, and once we investigated a little bit, found that the flange underneath was the original cast-iron flange with a leg joint was able to remove the plastic flange on top and was able to do a flange repair kit on the original cast-iron flange and reset the toilet

Arrived on site, customer has backed up main line. Has had us out previously for same issue. Pulled toilet and cabled 3-4 times, pulling back wipes every time. Sent camera in and ran into more wipes, cabled again pulling up more wipes. I never saw the water go down whatsoever. Offered jetting as a solution. Will have jetting scheduled for tomorrow or the day after.

Arrive for one system fall maintenance on 2015 Lennox gas furnace. Checked filters for cleanliness, inspected blower compartment and housing. Run capacitor on blower motor tested within range. Inspected heat exchanger. Noticed igniter has silica dust buildup on it, which is indicative of a weak spot in the igniter. Going to recommend replacing . Tested all safeties. All other electrical tested within manufacture specs. Noticed biological growth forming inside supply Plenum. Going to give options for UV lights in whole home. Purification also. Left system running. talked to Lennox about warranty status on equipment. Furnace was not registered with outdoor equipment, after I gave the outdoor equipment serial number the warranty pulled up. Owner will need to contact Lennox with proof of purchase to have them combine all the pieces of equipment together. Warranty goes out this may.

Basement – left 12-year-old York furnace. Heat exchanger has heavy corrosion along the seams of the tubing. No cracks or holes at this time but likely to leak in the next few seasons. There is no electrical protection installed on the equipment. He needs to have a surge protector, installed to help protect the delicate circuitry of the furnace and the thermostat. Found concerning amounts of organic growth in the ductwork. Recommend installing an air purifier to kill and prevent the organic growth. It also helps to reduce allergens, VOCs, bacteria and viruses. 6 µF capacitor needs to be replaced on inducer motor. It is outside of manufacture specifications. This can cause damage to the motor. The blower wheel is dirty. It can negatively affect airflow and lifespan of motor. Needs to be cleaned. System needs condensate treatment. This will help to reduce the algae that is built up in the condensate pump and drain line. Basement – right 12-year-old York furnace. See note above ab

Arrived on site and met with the chef who informed that a lot of the sinks were slowly backing up, I started by finding the clean out next to the freezer, I found that it was holding water so after approval I took out my 300 machine and cabled about 70 feet until I hit the clogged, I then slowly went out more making sure that I cleaned the clogged after going about 100 feet I pulled the cable back and then started running multiple fixtures, I also took a 5 gallon bucket and filled it with hot water and dumped it down the clean out multiple times, after about 15 min of having the sinks run I never had another back up so I then cleaned up my work area and informed the chef that they were good.

Scope of work to include: -turn off faucets at stop valves, if valves don’t work we will turn off water at main -remove hot and cold handles from 4” wide spread delta faucets -remove old leaking cartridges -clean and grease -install new customer supplied delta cartridges -reinstall handles -turn water back on to test ER services not responsible for any repairs outside scope of estimate * if shut off valves leak of break additional cost will incur to replace them ** due to faucet corrosion and oxidation repairs are not guaranteed to have positive results ***stem nuts may not come off without breaking or stripping , new faucet will need to be installed at additional costs 2/25/25 Upon arrival I immediately noticed that the set screws were completely corroded inside the faucet handle, tried a couple of different options to see if I can free the set screw. We arrived on site and met with the customer. She explained that the water heater was not working. After reviewing the situation, we inspected the heating element and thermostat. The thermostat had tripped, but the breaker for the heater had not. We found the thermostats had been set to approximately 130 to 135° on both elements. We tested each heating element and found them testing within the range of 12 to 20 ohms. We reset the thermostats to 120 F. We reset the thermostat, we restored power and found the water heater firing at this time. We waited on site approximately 15 minutes and tested inside and found water was heating up. After cleaning our area, we left the site.

We arrived on site and met with the customer. The initial concern was the blockage on the kitchen train line. The customer also asked us to look at the disposal, and then replace it. After receiving authorization, we attempted to plunge the fixture. We were unable to fully plunge, so we disassembled trap and found ground meat and plastic straws in the trap. After clearing blockage, we tested by flowing multiple basins of hot water through the drain. No leaks were found after reconnecting the trap and the drain flow freely at this time. Next, we disconnected and removed the existing garbage disposal and installed the new garbage disposal in the same location. After completing installation, we tested and found disposal to be working properly and drain flowing freely. We also confirmed that the knockout had been removed for the dishwasher drain. After cleaning our area, we collected payment and left the site.

Arrived onsite; opened clean out on sidewalk. Could visibly see roots growing towards where sewer line drops. Opened cleanout in bushes. Drain line was holding water. Spoke with Lauren about what needed to be done. Cabled both clean outs several times. Pulled back roots each time. Switched between cutter head and retrieval head. Eventually water completely dropped. Flushed line out with a garden hose. Used sewer camera and locator to pin point where intrusion begins. Spray painted path of drain. Line is clear at this time. Issue will continue if sewer is not dug up and repaired. Will provide estimate.

Unit 79(hall bath/guest bedroom): Homeowner has recently discovered small wet spot on carpet along wall as well as slight discoloration of baseboard in guest bedroom. *Homeowner removed baseboard, cut small hole in Sheetrock and found hairline crack on 2” PVC fitting that is glued to pipe directly above slab. Drain line has been identified as common drain(lavatory stack) for unit 79 and above units. *Due to location of fitting to slab, concrete will need to be chipped up in order to access 2” pipe for repair, will provide client with estimate for repair.
