Arrived on site, customer had experienced a backup into their dishwasher from their sink drain. Was not able to replicate. Filled sink up and let drain, still unable to replicate. Tested studor vent, was definitely showing signs of wear so I replaced it. Dishwasher not working so I couldn’t test the drainage from that to the disposal but it looked clear.

Returned to pour concrete over conduit in the high spots

Arrived on site, customer had discoloration on ceiling below bathtub drain. Removed tub shoe, replaced putty and reinstalled. Ran hot water in tub for twenty minutes so that if it leaked I’d feel the warmth. Tested thoroughly and everything is working properly and leak free.

Came out today to perform the one system heat maintenance while on the maintenance. I examined the New York furnace. We installed a few years ago. I tested all of the safeties on the furnace to ensure that it would turn itself off in case of an event and they all worked perfectly. I then cleaned the burner compartment as well as the flame sensor as part of the main maintenance agreement. There were no issues at this time everything is working perfectly.

Came out today to perform the one system AC maintenance while on the maintenance, I examined the air handler in the attic as well as the outdoor heat pump I examined all of the starting components in the air handler, as well as in the outdoor condenser and they were all reading, perfect and within manufacturer specifications, I flushed the drain as well as cleaned the outdoor condenser as part of the maintenance plan started the system back up, and everything was working perfectly. The only thing I did notice was biological growth within the air handler due to the system, humidity and nature of the air conditioner, and would recommend installing a Remi halo within the system in order to kill all of that biological growth and prevent it from coming back. Need to return to install reme halo next Friday between 12-4

Arrived to residence, found gas meter has been locked out by gas company, they found a 3/4” black T leaking outside next to the meter. Removed all piping from outlet side of meter to the 1/2” union. Cleaned threads ,re-pipe dope and tightened all nipples back into fittings. Filled line with air pressure to 20 lbs. bubbled line with dish soap, gauge is holding and no leaks indicated from bubble test. Removed pressure gauge, home owner can now call gas company back out.

Arrived on site met with homeowner, navien tankless has a drip every once in awhile - looked underneath and found the condensate trap has a water drip coming off of it - shut off water to the unit and removed the clip and trap - o ring had completely come off the plug - installed new o ring and tested - restored water and bled air from the system - no more leaks at this time.

On arrival customer was in the process of selling their home when a home inspector found a few gas leaks on the gas line leading up to the stove the gas company came out and locked out the meter therefore we had no other way to test for leaks other than re doing the gas line and adding a iso valve and gauge to air test … re did the piping and filled up the line with air to 25 psi and watched to ensure it did not drop we also sprayed the line with leak detection bubbles (no leaks found) gas company will need to return to unlock meter on final approval I did explain to the customer that the weather can fluctuate the gauge some if it seems to have moved. No further issues at this time

I ran the camera from the clean out all the way into the city tap at the road. I traced the line and found it 45s and goes next to a large tree in the front yard but I didn’t find any root protrusions. The customers sewer line is clear and functional at this time.
