Half bath(1st floor): Toilet clogged causing overflow of bowl when used, no issues reported at toilet(overflow/bubbling) when other fixtures in home are used. Used hand auger to clear toilet, hit hard blockage between flange/toilet trap and continued full length of cable as toilet drained(no foreign debris at cable end). Flushed toilet multiple times with/without toilet paper to test function of toilet. Master bath: Weak flush reported with toilet, checked water level/components in tank, flapper/fill valve/overflow appear to have been replaced. ***On checking toilet bowl, found sediment/deposit build up around opening for jet which is likely blocking amount of water running in bowl from tank during cycle, this will reduce effectiveness of flush. Recommend cleaning toilet with CLR or like base solution to remove build up. Will provide client with estimate to replace toilet if flush remains weak after cleaning.

Performed a 1 system heat maintenance on a 2004 carrier furnace. I checked all electrical. I found the inducer motor in bad shape making a scratching noise. An inducer motor making noise usually indicates a failing motor, signifying potential issues with the furnace's ability to properly vent exhaust gases, leading to potential safety concerns. Home owner is not present so I went ahead and uploaded a video of the inducer motor along with New inducer motor for reference. Gas valve is not supplying gas per manufacture specifications. Older gas valve are more prone to have inconsistent gas flow and posing a safety risk; additionally, older valves might not have the same safety features as newer models. Blower wheel is extremely dirty adding more weight to it and causing the blower motor to work harder. Replacing the blower wheel will help the motor work easier and last longer. Check my burners and cleaned the flame sensor. All pressure switches are working accordingly at this time.

Performed a 1 system heat maintenance, I checked all electrical. I’ve also visually inspected the heat exchanger, it checks out fine at this time. Gas regulator is outdated, would recommend replacing it at this time. Verified that amp draw from the inducer motor. Inducer motor was struggling to come on and is making a scratching noise while running. Considering the age of the furnace I recommend making these repairs to keep the system working safe. Talked to the home owner about replacing the furnace being that we have done some repairs to it already. Check my burners and cleaned the flame sensor. All pressure switches are working accordingly. High and low limit switches are working properly.
