After arriving on site I replaced the hot line and cold line coming off the water heater and going into the wall down into the sub floor. After replacing the water lines I checked for leaks and didn’t find any at this time on the work performed.

After arriving on site I found a 50 gallon gas water heater upstairs that was leaking from the t&p and the bottom of the heater. I replaced the water heater with another 50 gallon gas heater and found no issues with the heater at this time. The customer has another water line that’s leaking behind the water heater and would like me to come replace it Friday.

Arrived onsite; on previous visit I turned the meter on and bled air from the line. Sat by the meter and watched. After 20 minutes the meter never moved. After leaving the city came out and dug behind the meter and said it was obviously leaking. When I arrived today the meter was slowly turning. After digging down I uncovered the piping. Water service is 1 inch black poly. Dug and traced the line back enough to make a worthy repair. Had to cut several roots along the way. Turned the water off. Bled excess water from hosebib. Cut line and pumped the hole as water came out. Once it stopped I cut the other end past the pinhole. Used a 1 inch barb fitting to pex adapter on each side of the poly. The pipe was on a hard bend. Instead of bending the pipe into place I used a 90 to take tension off of the pipe. Turned water back on. Bled air off from hose. Waited to confirm repair was a success and leak free. Backfilled dirt around pipe. Covered the mud with mulch and leafs. Continued to check

Arrived onsite; neighbor notified homeowner of water puddling. City came out and turned water off. Unsure of when, I pumped meter box out and turned water on. Bled air from hosebib. Checked meter. Meter was completely still. If there was a leak on the line the meter would move. After 15 minutes the meter remained in the exact same spot. Informed Janice of findings.

Arrived onsite; hallway bathroom, that also is the pools bathroom, had sewage coming up from the floor drains. Head maintenance man informed me it started yesterday, it was working perfectly fine today he said. I turned on all four faucets and continued to flush each back to back and it started to back up, before it could the line completely cleared itself. I continued to run each faucet and flush each toilet back to back for roughly 10-15 minutes. While running water I checked the clean out downstream from the bathrooms. I could hear the water flowing fine. I started flushing toilet paper at each toilet to see if solids could cause a back up. After several attempts the line continued to flow freely. If issue happens again I would recommend to camera the sewer line to find a potential place for the line to be causing issues.

Arrived on site, toilet in left corner of men’s restroom not working pulled off supply line and line was barely getting water all other fixtures and bathroom are fine so removed and replaced angle stop. But still didn’t fix issue tried to drain line in bucket and turn on but hardly any water pressure. Will include estimate to return with helper and we will have to trace our entire line in attic and see if there any valves and figure out what is going on.

Arrived on site met with homeowner, he explained to me he had a major plumbing issue and had the water cut off - he popped the t&p to get some water from the water heater and ever since it has been dripping - heater is 19 years old and still operating optimally - told mr I would install an expansion tank and replace the t&p on the heater to prolong the life of the heater (75 gallon dv) - shut off water to heater and drained down - installed new expansion tank and replaced t&p - restored water and filled the heater - re lit pilot and set temperature

Arrived onsite; water to household was off. After turning water on and waiting, you could hear water hissing in the ceiling above the laundry room. Laid down plastic across the laundry room and set up my ladder. Cut a small hole to see inside. Once I could see, I cut a larger hole in a better position. Pex had 2 pin holes in the same location. Cut and removed section of damaged piping. Replaced with pex and turned water back on. Let all the air out of the line and tested. Covered holes with removed sheet rock and taped up in place. Cleaned work area of any and all tools.

Arrived onsite; upstairs bathrooms toilet tank was considerably loose and leaking. Homeowner informed me of another toilet having issues. Downstairs bedrooms bathroom toilet had water coming from the front. Replaced tank to bowl bolts upstairs. After making repair, I tested toilet numerous times. No signs of any leakage. Toilet is working properly. Before pulling toilet downstairs I checked bolts. Right side bolt was dripping. Dried areas in front and around toilet. Flushed toilet numerous times. No water was building up by the front. Replaced downstairs tank to bowl bolts. After several flushes, water never showed up by the front of the toilet. Toilets leak free and working properly.

Arrived on site and began working I went to the men’s bathroom and checked out the faucet it was a sensor faucet and would not kick on I took apart another faucet that was working and swapped battery packs and found that the battery’s in the faucet were dead they have 6 of these faucets total and I will be giving a quote to come back and replace the battery’s in all of them. I checked the kitchen faucet I took the head off and tested the faucet and found that it still had low pressure I took both supply’s on of the angle stops and tested the pressure at the stops and pressure is great I took the cartridge out of the faucet and still had low water pressure here as well I recommend installing new faucet in place and I will be giving a quote.

After arriving on site the customer showed me where sewage had backed up from a cleanout in front of the home. I snaked the sewer line with a large drain machine and cleared the blockage. Toilets flush fine now and no more problems were found at this time.
