Arrive for two systems spring maintenance one 2014 Goodman furnace with 2024 Goodman coil on 2014 outdoor unit. The other system is a 2008 Goodman furnace on a 2018 Trane split AC. Cleared drain lines. Noticed lots of sludge buildup inside reservoir and impeller on downstairs condensate pump. Cleared pump reservoir out, but would recommend replacing pump. inspected blower compartments and housings. Run capacitor on downstairs furnace tested within range. Noticed bacterial growth forming inside supply Plenum on downstairs system. Going to offer UV light and whole home purification device. Refrigerant charges looked OK with outdoor conditions. Both dual run capacitors tested within range. Contactor for the Trane unit has some pitting on it and going to recommend replacing. Also going to offer hard start kits for outdoor units, Amana system will need brand specific start kit. Chemical washed condenser coils. Left systems running.

Arrived on site and met with the homeowner who informed me that his washing machine would not drain, he also had a slow filling toilet and another toilet that would occasionally run, I took a look at the washing machine and found that it was still holding water I then took the hot supply line off and ran it into the drain, I ran it for about 10 min and never had a backup, I then tried to run the washing machine and found the machine itself would not cut on or run a load, I informed the homeowner of what I found and informed him that we don’t work on appliances, I then looked at both toilets and found both of them needed to have minor rebuilds, after getting approval I went ahead and replaced all the guts inside both toilets, I then flushed both of them multiple times to verify that they worked properly, I then made sure I had no leaks, I then cleaned up my work area and collected payment. Came out today to perform the three system AC while on the maintenance I examined the indoor units as well as the outdoor condensers. The two units in the attic are looking great and have no issues to report. Blower wheel was good and clean and both had compliant water safety switch back ups the unit in the basement however, I did come across some issues the primary one being that there seems to be cockroaches, spiders, and other bugs that are entering into the system and building nests and webs in the blower compartment. This is sanitary issue as these insects are known to carry germs and diseases because of this I would recommend installing a whole home air purifier in order to sanitize the ductwork and the home the air purifier kills 99% of germs, bacteria, mold, mildew, and other issues. It also removes pet dander allergens and dust from the home as well and also releases, aerosolized hydrogen peroxide into the air in order to sanitize hard surfaces and the air itself same technolo

Performed a two system AC maintenance. I inspected the blower wheel and also checked blower amps and blower capacitor. Flush drain lines and inspected all ductwork. I cleaned the outdoor coils as well as checked capacitors compressor amps and fan amps. I also got the delta T and checked filters as well. Both units operating normal at this time. Recommended a hard start kit and surge protectors to homeowner to protect his equipment.

Install 2 customer supplied faucets per quote - Shut off water at angle stops - Remove and dispose of old faucets - Install 2 new customer supplied faucets - Reconnect to angle stops and test Exclusions: Any work needed outside of scope will incur additional charges. If angle stops need replacement, additional charges will apply 3/6/25 - arrived on site and confirmed work with homeowner. After testing, I found the hot angle stop was faulty on the right hand sink. After adjusting price and gaining authorization, I turned water off to home and replaced angle stop. Next, I removed existing faucets and installed new customer supplied faucets in same location. After restoring water, I tested finding no leaks on water or drain connections. After cleaning my work area, I collected payment and left the site. Replace draft motor and pressure switch under parts only warranty. Once replaced I had the furnace run for 20 minutes making sure it was not shutting off and giving any error codes. System ran with no interruptions.

Spoke with the homeowner the upstairs master bath faucet was dripping on the right hand side when you walk into the master bathroom the cartridge on the hot was bad but while I was here, she wanted me to go ahead and change them both so changed out both cartridges and the springs and gaskets. Also, upstairs hall bath, standup shower, showerhead, and sprayer was bad. She bought a new showerhead with a sprayer hose and had me take the old one out and install the new one. She also had a bunch of questions about a few other things and she wanted me to look at the water heater in the garage to talk about it is 15 years old plus has never been serviced. Never been flushed, she wants a quote on a tankless We would have to remove the 75 gallon power vent re-utilize the 3 inch PVC vent that’s already in the ceiling. - Supply all material needed to complete task - Remove and dispose of existing Sloan valve - Replace with like unit - Install and test Arrived on site, customer had leaky Sloan valve. Shut down water to toilet. Replaced automatic Sloan valve with handle type. Tested thoroughly and everything is working properly and leak free.

When I arrived, met with the homeowner, she informed me of the unfortunate accident that happened on the side of the house and they was just wanting to check their tankless out to make sure there was no issues with it took the panels apart did not see any major issues on the inside of it it is working and producing hot water did not see any messed up wires or anything of that nature. The insulation on the inside of it was a little messed up took the old insulation out and put new insulation in. Checked all the functions. Ran the water heater on the outside and made sure it was running. It was running properly at this time.
