Provided estimate for furnace replacement and furnace replacement with ductwork. Customer did not have time to go over estimates emailed them and let them know that I will follow up.

Arrive for two system spring maintenance on 2010 and 2017 split Carrier. Also giving estimate on 1997 furnace for upstairs. Cleared drain lines, inspected blower compartments and housings. Run capacitors on blower motors tested within range. Older Lennox furnace has a lot of play in the Shaft of the motor. This is indicative of the bearing starting to wear out. Also noticed rust buildup around burner compartment. Going to recommend replacement a furnace. Refrigerant charges looked OK. Do run capacitor tested within range. All other electrical tested within manufacturer specs. Left systems running.

Customer had multiple things to look at, kitchen faucet is making a stutter when turned on and using the spray hose. May be diverter or cartridges. Recommend replacing both. He is going to try do it. Smell coming from garbage disposal, checked and nothing was jammed in it, pulled apart 90 waste arm and cleaned out. There was also an open can of grease under the sink that may be part of the smell as well. Recommend cleaning with baking soda and vinegar. Water damage showing up in 2nd floor ceiling, shower above has cracked and missing grout, customer does not want to cut any dry wall at this time. Jack and Jill toilet was running, adjust fill valve height and tested. All good at this time.

Customer informed us about error code being thrown on tankless water heater and said that water was getting to be lukewarm at fixtures and in shower. Technician did diagnostics on heater including cleaning the flame rods and ensuring all connections were made correctly. After work was complete the customer checked his water temperature and informed us that it was much better and seemed to be working properly. Technician also informed customer that with the heater being 11 years old, he may be better suited going for replacements rather than continuously putting money into maintenance and that estimates will be sent over shortly.

Arrived onsite, found customer has turn off house main water due to a leak at the dishwasher hose. His combo hot side angle stop won’t shut off completely. Cut out old brass double stop , installed 2 new pex stop valves and adapter. Ran new dishwasher hose through cabinet. Install new dishwasher 90’ 3/8”x3/4” connector. Turn house water back on, bled air from system. Turned on both stop valves, everything good to go.

We arrived on site and met with staff. We began our inspection of the building with regard to the lactation rooms located in each women’s bathroom on each floor. Floors two through six all have wall-mounted toilets located on the left side of the lactation room. The first floor lactation room toilet is located on the right side of the room. Each toilet is a Kohler 1.26 GPF toilet. Each toilet has a Sloan style flush assembly. The customer would like each toilet pulled, Sloan valve removed, and as much of the carrier nipple and waterline nipple recessed into the wall as possible. we will provide an estimate to return at a later date to perform work. Note: contact on site has requested a date of March 2 (Sunday) for work as they will have other contractors on site performing labor as well. Full building water shut down will be required to disconnect Sloan valve and recess in the wall.

Attic(Tankless): Removed PVC piping for pan drain, installed new 1” CPVC pan adapter, piped 1” CPVC to existing hub drain and secured hub drain/overflow/condensation. Labeled tankless gas line with 2LBS gas stickers every 32” starting at tap to gas regulator.

Arrived onsite, multiple spaces are experiencing main line clogs and toilet back up’s. Another plumber has been out and tried to clear the line. Opened manhole cover , put dye into 3 different shops toilets. The end unit came into the manhole but the other 2 spaces did not. Found floor cleanout, open up and discovered it’s holding water with green dye. Snaked out line 40 feet and water dropped. Camera inspection of line indicates a ton of grease is going into the line from the Chinese restaurant at the end. Line needs to be pressure jetted from restaurant grease interceptor to clean line, we will email estimate to do that. Chinese restaurant manager shows receipts of having interceptor cleaned out over a year ago. Line really needs to be separated from the rest of the sewer line and go to manhole on its own. Line is flowing now but needs to be jetted.

To provide repair to a leaking water service line as follows. Revised 2/4/2025 Includes: - After Hours Work - City Utility locates - Provide excavation equipment - Shut down water at location - Saw cut section of concrete - Excavate area where leak is showing up - Make repairs to section of piping exposed - Restore water - Test - Backfill excavated area - Seed and straw location - Clean up location Exclusions: Any landscaping grass, bushes, plants, trees, or mulch that may need to be removed to make improvements from leak are to be replaced by others. If there is any irrigation lines or wires at location that are not marked and get damaged will be responsibility of client. If any asphalt or concrete needs to be removed for repair process it will change scope of project and incur additional charges. Arrived on site and removed bush from in front of domestic backflow. Excavated and exposed irrigation lines as well as the leak approximately a foot beneath the irrigation lines. L
