Machine excavated soil at manifold and exposed 7 water service lines that feed each individual unit in building. Shit water off to building at isolation valve removed black poly lines from manifold. Pulled 6 new water services from manifold to front yard of unit 863, and 5 lines under driveway to yard of unit 859. Connected water service lines to existing black poly at end units 867, 863, 859. Connected new water services to the rest of the existing black poly lines and restored water to building. Confirmed leak had stopped and backfilled soil. Black poly water service pipe is still present at all units and should be replaced.
Spoke with Steve he has spoken to terry and terry is coming out Tuesday to walk and talk about multiple leaks that are happening out here including this location.
Terry said he will be following up with property management ment on this job
Arrived on site evaluated leak coming from next to walkway to front door called property management and discussed pricing to dig up and make repair explained that if we had to remove walkway it would be more and got approval over the phone unloaded excavator started digging next to sidewalk water was pushing from under the sidewalk had to remove portion of sidewalk and dig roughly 3 feet down found pinhole and three-quarter black well pipe cut out 2 foot section of pipe and made proper repair with bar fittings to pecks then restored water to line check for any leaks which there were none backfilled hole and cleaned up mess and put out seed and straw.
Arrived on site and found wet spot next to curb. Looks like what may be a very minor leak. Used pro broad to probe around area and found no flow of water and no push through the the ground. May be a very slow, water service or water main leak.
Cleaned up parking lot
Completed a 1 system maintenance on a Goodman heatpump, cleared drain lines, checked capacitor, contactor, tightened any loose wires, checked pressures/temps, washed/rinsed condenser coil, amp draws, voltage drop, filters safety switches. System is running and cooling correctly at this time. Recomended safety float switch but they declined at this time.
Machine excavated on left side of driveway infront of unit 863 and exposed multiple black poly water service lines with a large amount of water entering hole from under driveway. Excavated on right side of driveway and exposed large split on 3/4” black poly service. Cut out section and installed new section of pex piping. No leaks on repaired section of pipe but more water was coming from upstream driveway for unit 867. Continued to dig to retaining wall at driveway and water was still coming out steadily. Because of location of water lines and the amount of black poly water services in the same ditch, recommend replacing water services from manifold that is in front of unit 867 to front yard of unit 859. Water will be shut off to building that contains units 867 through 843 for the day. To provide repair to a leaking water service line as follows. - provide two men - City Utility locates for mulch bed area in between units 859 and 863 - Provide excavation equipment - Shut down

We remove the cap from the lead down point and lay down the gas. We cut out and removed a section of the existing gas pipe. We supplied and installed a new section of 2 inch gas pipe rerouting around the work area to be excavated. After giving the fusing joints enough time to cool we had t
Arrived on-site seen water running down the street and coming down sidewalk. Traced water coming from up hill side in the grass area. Probed area and felt piping and herd the leak. Excavated are and exposed a 3in telescopic repair fitting reduced down and installed on a 2 1/2in water main. Telescopic fitting cracked. Located meters and confirmed leak is on the irrigation main. Called Randy and informed him of findings. I told him I could get this fixed right now but he wanted me to pull off job site. He wants his irrigation company to come out. I did not backfill the hole. Roped off with caution tape.
Meter for this particular set up appears to be a irrigation meter headed to the Backflow for the community park/playground after turning on the meter it took roughly 30 seconds or so with the meter a quarter of the way on for the water to start pouring into the meter box indicating that the leak is most likely a no a great distance away but not in the meter box itself I believe the leak is going to be somewhere in the sidewalk area if not right before it line coming off the meter is roughly 1 1/2 feet deep but appears to dive down some afterwards would need to excavate down repair line and restore water for any further leak testing
Arrived on site, water pushing from flower bed area in between units 859 and 863. Estimate attached for water line repair
Left estimates with homeowner, he said the price was to expensive was more in the 4 thousand range.
Arrived on site, removed temp eye wash station. Then asked manager exact location of new one. Once confirmed location drilled new sets in concrete and mounted base and propress new line in. Tested by turning main back on everything looked good so cleaned up area and left.
Shut water off to Backflow Disassembled #1 and #2 check valves Rebuilt check valves with new gaskets, springs, and O-rings Reassembled valves And restored water Retested backflow, Backflow passed
