Ronald McDonald House Charlotte
At E.R. Services one of our core passions is helping our community. Our owner, Dave Parker, and the E.R. Services staff volunteer in a variety of ways, but one of our favorite ways to give back is at the Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte.
Families of children with severe and sometimes terminal health issues need support, and it gives us joy to be able to provide a delicious hot meal and a smile to those who need to be lifted up in spirit.

Home Away From Home
Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte provides a safe, affordable and caring "home-away-from-home" for the families of children receiving treatment in Charlotte-area medical facilities. Families are stronger when they are together, and this is never more important than when a child is sick or injured. E.R. Services is dedicated to the Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte because we believe that supporting families in times of need is one of the best ways to improve our community.

Happy to help families in need!
The Ronald McDonald House thanks YOU for volunteering!
The Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte is a temporary housing option for families of seriously ill children who are under medical care at hospitals in Charlotte. The new Charlotte House will provide both short-term and long-term stays, giving the families of the children a place to sleep, eat and find resources and support.
The Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte acts as an affordable alternative to families staying in hotels or with family while their child undergoes significant health treatment. In many cases, the families are in need of education, resources and support while their child is being treated and need guidance as they figure out the next steps after their child’s treatment. The Ronald McDonald House acts as a hub where parents can take the time to research options, network with other families and determine what will come next for their family unit.
“Here at E.R. Services, we go out of our way to support families, and in particular, to support children," says Dave Parker, owner of E.R. Services. "Supporting the Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte is one way we can show how much we care."
