Replace omen shower handle adapter and tested for proper working function when done and clean up mess. Arrived on site took old striped shower handle adapter of and installed new one and handle once done tested to make sure handle was easy to turn and function properly and it does I then cleaned up mess collected payment and signatures

On arrival customer needed 2 fill valves changed on toilets (customer supplied ) swapped out fill valves in hall and master bath room and tested no further issues at this time

Kitchen sink backing up when water is ran and then slowly drains. Ran drain machine from under sink to clear blockage. Filled sink to test, sink drains properly at this time.

Arrived on site met with tenant and homeowner we then looked at upstairs shower where they were having problems shower handle was already taken off I then checked out the the handle adapter and the handle adapter is stripped that’s why the handle is just turning and not doing anything I informed homeowner I don’t have a adapter on my truck but would provide estimate for her to approve so we could get the adapter and replace it and she was happy with that I then collected dispatch fee and left site.

Connected customers, wash machine, drain line and supply lines. I was unable to connect the dryer vent due to the hose not fitting over a square vent. Customer needs to get adapter squared by round to connect the hose. I filled wash machine and drained it to make sure everything was OK. No leaks. Customer stated he will probably connect that dryer vent himself once he gets the adapter. If he cannot, I told him to call us back. Customer paid today in full by credit card

Arrived on site, snaked line with spartan 100. Pulled back paper towels and debris but couldn’t clear all the way. Recommended jetting line is full of old brown paper towels. Estimate in notes.

Upon arrival customer was in need of a second opinion for an ongoing situation that they have with a secondary plumbing company and their home warranty company…originally customer was having an issue with their shower valve cartridge and throughout the process there was apparently an issue with getting the cartridge removed fully therefore the other company had to cut in the wall of the closest behind the shower and cap Off the valve due to “lack of strapping“ on the shower valve piping but upon further investigation the pex piping on both the hot and cold sides have talon straps supporting the pipe which are nailed into the 2x4 studs on both sides of the valve body pictures provided on my findings

Performed a heat maintenance on a trane gas pack checked heat exchanger blower flame sensor igniter and burners also cleaned flame sensor everything else checked good and system is running as it should

Arrived on site found that customer requesting a 2015 Rheem tankless water heater to be serviced. I proceeded to shut down water, gas and power to the tankless. Once tankless was properly shut down, I hooked up the service pump and ran haymaker descaling solution through tankless for one hour. During that hour I removed the igniters and cleaned them. Found that tankless was pretty dirty in the descaling process and recommend servicing once a year. Restored power, water and gas and tested for function and leaks, tested OK. Cleaned up area.

They mentioned the bonus room zone was blowing air even when the thermostat was in the off position. Found fan mode set to on. Switched to auto and fan shut off. They also mentioned downstairs would be on 62 every morning. Found the thermostat in a schedule mode. Set to permanent hold. Two out of three zone dampers were locked partially open. Adjusted those settings so they close when they are not calling. Everything is working as they should now.

Returned to install 12” bypass. Installed bypass and adjusted airflow/dampers so that bypass works properly. Before bypass was constantly open causing the system to over heat. I let system run for 30 minutes and all is working.

Technician arrived to the home for a no heat service call. Mrs. Grooms Explained that the downstairs heat has not been working properly. They woke up this morning with downstairs very cold, but system started working later in the day. They have added issues with the upstairs flame sensor in the past. Upon evaluation technician came across a 2014 Lennox gas, furnace, and AC. The system has three zones which is downstairs, upstairs, and bonus room. I found the system to be running properly. I turned off two zones and found the system to run for 10 minutes and then cut off on high limit. I inspected zone bypass and found that there is no damper. The system is recirculating hot air as the bypass is not installed properly.
