System was off on float switch in EZTRAP. Cleared and flushed drain line. Observed water at the outlet outside. Checked refrigerant levels and they are where they should be. System back cooling as it should.

At arrival homeowner stated the house wasn’t cooling like it was last year. After further investigation I found the system low on refrigerant. Homeowner wanted to add refrigerant to the system and declined the leak search at this time. He wants to see how long the refrigerant is going to hold. Homeowner understands refrigerant is not under warranty. Added 4lbs of refrigerant, also homeowner signed up for the membership.

9-1 ppd ac visit 2 of 2 2019 Trane Completed maintenance visit. Cleaned out air handler drain, check for operation of the blower, motor, and cleanliness of the blower assembly. Also, check for proper temperature differentials across the coil. Clean the outdoor condenser coil and made sure all components were within factory specs. Did install a secondary float switch on the air handler.
