Arrived onsite, customer stated water is leaking down into unfinished basement area. Inspected and found 4in sewer line running overhead with water dripping from it. Gained access above with latter and found main hot and cold water lines run above the drain line found tiny pinhole leak on hot Dura-Pex water line leaking onto drain line down to floor. Got approval shut down water to home using main shut off valve located in basement. Drained down system and cut out leaking section. Installed new section of 3/4 Pex piping and made connections. Restored water to home and bled air from system all tested ok at this time. Checked all new connections for leak there are none at this time. Cleaned up work area and work is completed at this time.

Arrived on site, met with homeowner and she described the issue at hand to me. - the heater is only three years old and she is running out of hot water and her power bill has sky rocketed - it’s a 50 gallon electric heater in the crawl space out in by American home shield - she also stated that she has hard water - best best was to turn off power and drain the heater and pull out the elements to investigate the amount of buildup on them - both elements had a good bit of buildup deposits on them - installed two new elements, hooked up electrical components, re installed covers and filled the heater - once full advised homeowner of what I did and what to look for going forward - closed up crawl space and left the site

Arrived onsite 1-4-24, found water heater in the garage leaking internally. Heater is a 50G Gas State standard vent built in 2003. Provided pricing regarding code requirements and gained approval. To return in the morning for replacement. Returned 1-5-24 to replace heater as quoted previously. Shut down water to home and drained heater. Removed old leaking heater. Installed new heater, isolation valve, new thermal expansion tank and new gas line requirements. Restored water to home, filled and purged heater. Confirmed no leaks on water or gas. Set heater to 120. Confirmed heater is operating and heating properly. Walked homeowner through install. Uploaded pictures.

Arrived on site found that floor sink was backed up. She is defined the sauce cup and fork were creating the blockage in the trap. Remove debris from line and tested for drainage, tested OK at this time.

Arrived on site, toilet was already pulled had broken flange replace fight flange after cutting out old one glued and set toilet and tested everything was good at this time let them know just to come back in an hour after the glue and everything is dried and just double check that the bolts are tight but I should be good to go.

Leak detection with the listening device. After speaking with the homeowner there was a repair made in the kitchen floor she does not remember if it was on a hot and cold line the water that is visible in the garage is cold not hot but that does not mean anything. The leak is so small the meter is not even spinning I looked everywhere in the house out in the yard and up in the attic and the guest bathroom upstairs above the garage and did not see anything I do believe it is coming up out of the ground from the kitchen floor the main waterline in the sewer runs right in the center of the floor. Spoke with the homeowner looked in the yard the water does not seem to be coming out of the ground the water appears to be coming out of the concrete in the garage and running down the garage floor to the outside. After speaking with the homeowner there was a repair that was done in the kitchen floor not sure if it was on a hot or cold line but it was nine years ago and I think that repair is now leaking in the kitchen floor need to do a listening leak detection to verify the leak is very small the meter is not even moving.

Kitchen: Water leaking under kitchen sink when disposal is being used, found lock ring from disposal to sink drain has loosened causing seal to be ineffective. Secured disposal ring to sink drain back to locking points, filled sink bowl multiple times and drained with/without disposal running. No further leaks at this time.

Arrived on site, customer has a slow leak in front yard - upon approval hand dug between the irrigation box and water meter - found a cracked poly tee - cut out old fittings, glued up a pex adapter, and ran new pipe and fittings - waited the appropriate dry time and tested - no leaks at this time - backfilled area and cleaned up work site - let homeowner know to,give soil time to dry out

Third floor shower. Tub spout was broken off by client while attempting to fix shower diverter. Was able to remove remaining piping stuck in brushed bronze tub spout. Installed new pipe and make adapter to existing copper. Installed same tub spout with out the diverter. Client will replace with new gasket.

When arrived on site I was shown to the downstairs bathroom. I removed the tank lid and installed the new part and tested for leaks. Inspected the water meter and got no movement. Commode is working as it should at this time. Customer is under the impression that work was paid for previously so I am not able to bill.

Arrived on site, compliant of leak near mailbox. Upon inspection found meter box 20 feet away and no movement at all. Opened hosebib to confirm meter spinning and turned off. Small red dial didn’t move and I waited 10 minutes and no movement. Recommend having city come out again.
