Performed cooling maintenance on one system. Checked airflow, safety systems, drain, cleaned outdoor coil, and tested overall function of the cooling system. System is cooling at this time, but does show signs of wear and tear. Also a lot of duct kitchen in the crawlspace. I do recommend replacement of system and duct.

Arrived on site and met with the homeowner who showed me to the upstairs guest room bathroom, he showed me that the flapper in the toilet was bad and needed a new one so I gave him the option to either replace just the flapper or replace all the parts in the toilet. Homeowner decided he would like to go ahead and replace all parts so after approval I went ahead and change all the parts out in the toilet and then tested for proper function and for any leaks, after that the homeowner had me look at the sink in the same bathroom, I found it had a leak on the hot side handle so I informed the customer that he would need a new cartridge, after getting approval for a faucet repair I started by turning the water to the sink off I then took the handle off and then I tried taking the cartridge housing off and found that it would not come off, I then tried spraying some WD-40 to see if I could help clean the treads so I could unthread the housing but found that it did not work, I then spoke with

We arrived on site and met with homeowner. He took us to a second-floor bathroom, where the toilet with occasionally run. After confirming that the fill valve was faulty, we were authorized to perform a minor toilet repair where we were replaced, the fill valve, flapper, and Supply line. After completing repairs, we tested finding the toilet operating properly at this time. After cleaning our work area, we left this site.

Arrived on site and learned about the plumbing issue which was that the push/pull angle stops under the kitchen sink where starting to turn themselves off or they got hit. There were 5 in total and I replaced with three new gate style angle stops for the two dishwashers and one for the ice maker. I also installed two new straight stops for the kitchen sink faucet.

Arrived on site and performed troubleshooting to determine why the T&P relief valve on water heater was constantly leaking. Through investigation I found the house pressure to be 65 in the PRV was good. I did find once water heater was turned on to create heat to heat the water, I found the expansion tank to be the source of why the T&P valve was constantly dripping. After Getting approval to replace expansion tank and T&P relief valve, i made both repairs and made sure by testing for thermal expansion again and had none and water heater and T&P is back to normal working order.

- Remove and dispose of existing toilets - Inspect toilet flange repair if broken - Install customer supplied toilets - Test - Will remove grate and shower and scrape all mineral deposits from standpipe going to P-trap and auger out P-trap to remove any restriction and buildup, causing drain odors - (optional) remove air admittance valve from bathroom sink on the left in master, which is closest to bedroom which is potentially the spot of drain odor sewer smell that is happening when customer uses master shower - after all repairs have been made I will verify at city meter that water usage when not using water has no movement on the city meters movement dial *** If toilet flange broken, will add to cost with homeowner approval, pictures will be taken *** Notes: Any issues that change scope of work will incur new charges 2-12-24 Arrived on site to perform estimate listed above. Was able to remove all five toilets on the second floor and install customer supply Toto in its place. E

Performed a 2 system heat maintenance, I checked all electrical. I’ve also visually inspected the heat exchanger, it checks out fine at this time. Gas valve that is supplying gas per manufacture specifications, and is working efficiently. Verified that amp draw from the inducer motor and it’s within normal range. Left system running at this time

Customer has been experiencing a high water bill recently. Checked meter and there is no active leak. He does know there is a toilet that will occasionally run. Checked all 8 toilets in the house and replaced 3 flappers that seemed to be leaking. Both master toilets and the toilet for the oldest son’s room. Descaled ao smith tankless units in garage

After arriving on site I found there were 5 faucets that need to be replaced. 2 in the bathroom and 3 in the kitchen. There is a brizo cartridge in the master bathroom shower that needs to be replaced as well and I will need Jason to source it before adding a price.

After arriving on site one of the toilets was running and filling up and the other wasn’t filling up at all. I replaced the flapper, fill valve and supply line on one toilet and I replaced the fill valve and supply line on the other. Both toilets function properly at this time and no leaks were found. Customer said we normally send the bill and the assistant pays it.

After arriving on site I adjusted the orange temperature gauge on the shower valve and now the shower is getting adequate hot water at this time.
