Water safety switch, SS2, was full of water. Checked slope of what is only 2 feet of drain. Was good. Checked slope of primary pan and poured water in to test. All working well. Added a vent pipe on drain to relieve negative pressure. Ran house temp down three degrees to check drain operation. All draining as it it should.

To provide and install a 40-gallon AO Smith/State Electric Water Heater as follows: - Supply new 40-gallon AO Smith/State standard Electric Water Heater - Shut down water to existing water heater - Drain, disconnect ,and haul away existing water heater - Install new water heater in same location - Install water distribution connections - Supply and install expansion tank - Provide electrical connections if up to code - Install relief line - Restore water and test - Water Heater to be left and manufactures recommended temp settings - 6-year tank and parts warranty - Insulate piping as needed - Test Exclusions: Any additional work will change scope of project and incur additional charges. Arrived on site met with homeowner was shown to closet to 40 gallon electric water heater leaking from main shut off leaking from inlet and outlet port and also from down bottom. We then talked and she has restoration company coming out tomorrow and refer for me to do heater tomorrow called the office to see if we had availability and we did and then talk to homeowner about other concerns and got signature in approval to replace water heater tomorrow I charge dispatch free tonight, cleaned up mess collecting signatures and payment and left site.

Performed one system spring Maintenance on 2017 split American standard heat pump. Cleared drain line, inspected blower compartment and housing. Run capacitor on blower motor tested within range. Noticed secondary port does not have any back up prevention on it. Only the pan underneath it does it recommend putting a float switch at the unit to prevent water from escaping air handler, and filling pan, refrigerant, dual run capacitor outdoor unit tested Within range. All electrical tested within manufacture specs. Left system rain.

- Shut down water to home. - Open drywall in garage wall and ceiling - Open drywall in master bath ceiling and wall - Run new 3/4in Pex capping off old line - Secure new line with talons - Restore water and test for leaks and if there are any further issues Drywall to be repaired by others. This does not guarantee that there will be no future slab leaks because there is still numerous other lines running under the slab. 4/26/24 Returned on-site, cut drywall in garage wall, went up to attic and drilled hole down. Cut hole high in master bedroom wall and one hole above master tub. Ran new line from garage up to attic space, across master bath ceiling and down master bedroom wall making all necessary Pex connections with j hooks. Insulated line in attic and capped off old slab line. Restored water and tested. Checked meter and no movement. Tested all fixtures and all have water. Cleaned up work space and dressed drywall up best I could. She’s at work so will need to collect over phone

-Disconnect and remove existing assembly -Furnish and install new 1 in backflow -Test for proper operation and city re certification 4/26/24 Returned on-site. Cut out and furnished and new 1in backflow assembly for pool pump room. Secured with existing stand-off brackets. When pool company restores water to the pool house and other plumbing related issues are chargeable.

Arrived on site customer was not home but father-in-law was they have a leak how much the meter is showing the line that the meter is feeding is a 2 inch line ran about 3/4 of a mile to a whole mile of stretch to a house. The line runs along the side of the road, but once it gets to a bridge, it goes over the waterline cut back into the woods about 20 feet and goes underneath the creek and comes back out and goes another 20 feet back to the side of the road and then goes up and cuts around and follow the road to the chicken house. Seen a few wet spots in the woods, but nothing out of the ordinary for those areas. The father-in-law says he ran the line about 20 years ago and is unsure of where the leak is coming from. Will need to get with Terry to talk about options for this job.

Performed A/C maintenance on 2013 Goodman A/C. I checked all electrical components, airflow, refrigerant pressures, amp draws, and cleaned outdoor unit. At this time there were no filters to be changed. I found indoor blower motor to be making a grinding noise and traces of oil under motor. This is signs of failure as internal bearing are failing. The capacitor is also below manufacture specs. There is also microbial growth inside plenum. I discussed my finding with with homeowner and declined repairs at this time. I informed them that system is working but could fail anytime due to finding today.

Technician arrived to the home for a service call. I was greeted by Mrs. Lane who informed me that she had another company out that told her she needed a new coil as there is a refrigerant leak. She would like the system evaluated and a second opinion. Upon evaluation, technician came across a 2014 Trane outdoor system attached to a 2006 Evaporator coil and gas furnace. The system is a R-22 system. I checked refrigerant levels and found them to be slighly low. I performed a leak search but at this time could not detect a leak. The system is 1-2 pounds low. I discussed my finding with Mrs. Lane. I did recommend system replacement at this time due to age and condition of system. At this time she is going to discuss with her daughter options. She does not want a quote to replace at this time but will call in if plans to go that route.

Customer has a leak meter is consistently moving. Nothing obvious above ground. Shut main valve off in garage to confirm leak not between meter and house. Shut off water heater valve to confirm leak is not on hot system. Open wall behind water heater to expose 3/4in Pex lines. Located house cold feed, cut and traced. Located in wall behind master bathroom garden tub. Open wall, installed ball valves on 3/4in lines. Tested system. Found leak is on. 3/4in Pex line tat runs from garage manifold to manifold behind master tub. Line runs under tile bathroom and laundry room. Customer wants to avoid cutting and busting up tile since it was all just remodeled. She is okay will opening drywall in walls and ceiling to re route 3/4in Pex line over head thru ceiling drone garage to wall behind master tub. Will review with service manager and provide estimate with help.

Warehouse(rear bathrooms/floor drains): Main sewer clog with back ups at all rear floor drains/clean-outs when restrooms are used(I/M-condensate continually running prior to visit). Located clean-out approximately 75’ downstream of restrooms(holding water), used k-60 with 7/8ths cable, ran approximately 220’ of cable but did not hit clog(wipes found on cable/cable head). Relocated equipment downstream approximately 100’(2 clean-outs), brass cap had to be cut out of clean-out due to rust, ran 7/8ths cable out approximately 220’, again without hitting clog(wipes found on cable/cable head). ***Installed new brass cap on clean-out and removed equipment from facility, spoke with property management for approval to jet sewer(received verbal approval) will return to jet and clear line. ***Located exterior clean-outs at manhole as well as last clean-out at dock door before tie in to main sewer at manhole. *23APRIL: Return trip with Jetter, used camera at manhole to attempt to locate tie i
